About Me
I too experienced complete burnout and anxiety working in healthcare for the first decade of my career. It taught me a lot about myself and informs how I support others who are working through stress, maintaining boundaries, identifying their own underlying patterns, and re-prioritizing themselves to achieve healthier balance and alignment with their values. Now, since becoming a Mom, I have learned about a whole new way to get burned out! as well as ways to mitigate it. I am human first, therapist second—and I think this shows in the therapy room. Feeling safe, heard, and connected is my top priority.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses an integrative approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help you find practical tools that fit your life and support meaningful change.
My clients start achieving their goals, big or small. Together, we reflect on your unique story, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and nurture parts of yourself that need care. You’ll take steps towards letting go of negativity, building confidence, and reconnecting with your authentic self.
Taking the first step towards better mental health doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Don’t know where to begin? Reach out using the Contact form to start the conversation, or schedule yourself directly in the Client Portal as soon as you are ready. Let’s start Taking Care of YOU.

Introvert at heart
Taking Care of myself means: exercising, drinking water, prioritizing sleep, quality time, reading, laughing, gratitude, going to therapy, treating myself to coffee out, and traveling when I am so lucky
