About Me
After a decade working in healthcare, I took the leap into full-time clinical practice and I’ve never looked back. I am inspired all the time by the strength and resilience of my clients, and I feel honored to witness their growth. I consider myself as human first, therapist second—and I think this shows in the therapy room. Feeling safe, heard, and connected is my top priority.
I use an integrative approach, blending principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help you find practical tools that fit your life and support meaningful change.
My clients start achieving their goals, big or small. Together, we reflect on your unique story, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and nurture parts of yourself that need care. You’ll take steps towards letting go of negativity, building confidence, and reconnecting with your authentic self.
